The Eclipse of the Apocalypse

.

It was today, all over Asia, the longest total eclipse of the Sun of this still very young century.
Eclipses were always seen as omens, usually bad ones. Darkness takes over during an eclipse, and those brief minutes scare us in a most terrifying way. Just like the world we live in now, the sons of darkness rule over us, through pain and oppression, and think they've won the battle for our souls.
But the eclipse only lasts those brief minutes until light shines out again. The sons of Light, through love, will win the final battle, because there's no bigger power given to humankind than Love, for Love is divine and no one can fool or defeat God.
We love the Sun the most after an eclipse. It is, therefore, a good omen. Today, Hope was rekindled.
