Krakatoa was the greatest volcanic eruption since they are recorded. It happened on the 26-27 August 1883. Its consequences were drastic and felt in various parts of the world, thousands of miles away, like a famous painting depicts.
Krakatoa is located West of Java and is just one of the hundreds of active volcanoes in the land of the thousand islands. There is no greater power of destruction on Earth, as it is earth in its primordial stage exploding and shaping the surface of the planet. The Chinese call it Astral Force 5, the Yellow Dragon, the lava, the centre of the universe, to which all the remaining four elements and eight astral forces are subject. It's my astral force, by the way. Maybe that explains my fascination for volcanoes and, therefore, for the syncretism of Indonesia, including you, my darling.
