Beauty and Baby

.
Beauty is something rare, therefore precious. That’s why the poet Keats wrote that wonderful verse: A thing of beauty is joy forever. It really is, because it’s a glimpse of eternity, therefore a touch of the absolute. There's nothing cheap about it. Beautiful things last for hundreds of years and remain beautiful, because the patterns of beauty are universal and not subject to the passing of time. But humans only have a very short time to be as beautiful as they can. Age destroys beauty. It’s our nature and part of the tragedy of being human.
So, it’s not easy at all to find a beautiful human being, someone perfect, no matter if they are dressed or naked, with or without make-up or jewels. In the world today, I can only pick maybe 20 or so people I truly recognize as beautiful. Aishwarya Rai is part of the very top.

As for me, I am Baby, remember?
