One of the most important questions is why are men aggressive with the women they want. Fear they cannot control them is one answer, but not the only one. The main problem is that possession, lust or pride aren’t love. Most men don’t know what love is. It’s not only a problem of having less feelings or sensitivity; it’s a deep enrooted thing brought to them by education, tradition and indolence.
I would like to leave here two exemplary stories explaining what love is:
The first is Egyptian. The ancient believed that the dead would face the Final Judgment, in which the god of death would ask them two simple questions. If they replied affirmatively to both, their soul would live an eternity of happiness, because it had fulfill its role in life. The questions were:
Have you made someone happy?
Has someone made you happy?

The second is Buddhist.
One time, a dove came to Buddha and asked for help. A hawk was after her, and she didn’t want to die. And Buddha told her he would protect her.
Then the hawk appeared and told Buddha he was interfering with the course of Nature. He would die, if he didn’t eat the dove. And Buddha told him he was right, but, even so, he could not fail the dove. They both had to live. So, Buddha reached for his sword and cut from his own flesh the weight of the dove and gave it to the hawk.
Conclusion:When one gives oneself entirely to make the other happy, that’s love.
